FÖRCH Compliance - Objectives and values

As an internationally operating family business with a long tradition, the trust placed in us every day is of great importance to us. We are also aware that our actions have far-reaching consequences. Our goal is to meet the highest ethical, legal and professional standards and to firmly anchor the trust placed in us with transparency and clear responsibilities in our corporate culture.

Implementation

We take this into account through internal guidelines, transparency and clear responsibilities in our corporate culture and consistent implementation in the event of violations. Our employees, business partners and third parties therefore have the opportunity to report potential breaches of rules at any time and thus contribute to their detection. We examine every incoming report confidentially and conscientiously. If a violation has occurred, it must be dealt with as quickly as possible and appropriate measures implemented - for this violation in particular, but also to prevent further violations.

Code of Conduct of the FÖRCH Group

In order to secure our understanding of values within the group of companies in the long term, we have introduced the FÖRCH Code of Conduct as a code of conduct. It summarises all the rules of conduct that are essential for us and offers our employees reliable orientation for cooperation and dealings with business partners.

We place high demands on our procurement and rely on long-term, stable partnerships. The Code of Conduct for Suppliers of the FÖRCH Group communicates the basic principles of cooperation to all business partners and is binding.

Compliance whistleblower system

With our values of trust and respect, responsibility and commitment, we as a company are committed to placing our business relationships on a responsible and successful footing.

FÖRCH has therefore introduced a digital whistleblowing solution with which our employees, customers, suppliers and other parties can report potentially illegal behaviour quickly, easily and anonymously. The solution is accessible from any internet-enabled device and in several languages around the clock and ensures that data protection and anonymity are fully guaranteed. A technical tracing of tips is not possible.
